The river and its neighboring aquifers are threatened by a wide variety of adverse human activities. These include the dumping of everyday trash and household appliances, farm waste discharges, the dumping of industrial products, human induced erosion, river channel defoliation, campsite abandonment, runoff oil and roadside junk, to name a few.
Help us protect our most valuable natural resource: WATER.
